Return Goods Authorization

This form is used for requesting returns on Salt Sensor Products.  Filling out this form, and submitting it, is the 1st step to receiving authorization to return your products along with directions on how to return them.  If your return is approved by going through this process, you will be emailed an RGA# and directions on how to do your return.  If you do not have an email you will be directed to call Customer Service during a step in the process of filling out this form.
